| Introduction | Since I left college I started to cook for myself and that's where my interest started. In 2008 I entered a cookery competition with RTE called HEAT. I eventually won the show and was crowned HEAT champion in early 2009. Kevin Thornton of Thornton's Restaruant and Kevin Dundon of Dunbrody House and Cookery School were mentors. Luckily Kevin Thornton chose me. The show was excellent and the whole expreience has spurred me on to writing this blog. |
