If I'm cooking at home,you can bet it's Indian because I have access to just about every other cuisine I'd pine for, except simple Indian home cooking.

Favorite Music	Floyd, the doors, beatles, Kanye West, Dirrty south hip hop (can't escape it in the A-T-L), tribe called quest, Talib, some jazz, some bollywood tunes (old school ones), carnatic instrumental.
Favorite Books	Alchemist, The fountainhead, Eat, Pray Love, A thousand splendid sons, memoirs of a geisha, Mangoes and Curry Leaves, most coffee table books on India and Indian cuisine.
