Introduction My weight loss journey to lose 15-20 pounds and get back into my size 6's. I reached part of my goal on December 4th when I made WW Lifetime status, now I still want to lose a few more pounds and keep it off. I'm been a size 6 for over half of this journey but I really want to see a certain # on the scale which apparently will make me a 4. Here you will read about my successes, struggles and daily ramblings while I try to find a balance between my love of ethnic food, wine, cheese, bread and chips, my dislike of exercise and my obsession with a number on the scale. When you hesitate before hitting snooze on your alarm clock, are you being lazy?

No. Snooze is just a warning that I have to get up soon. I actually set my alarm 1 hour and 20 minutes before I need to get in the shower. It helps remind me that I need to get up soon.
