About Me
I am an experienced interim/ Project / Change manager and the Managing partner of The Bayard Partnership. I am also the author of the book 'Making a Difference'. which was also published in Dutch, under the title: Maak het Verschil'. I am a lecturer in Leadership and Project Management at The Solvay Business School, Brussles and a guest lecturer at the Vlerick Management School in Gent, Belgium. I formed my first company at the age of 21 while working as a marketing assistant for an industrial company in London. I moved to Belgium in 1995. Over the last years I have taken up numerous interim management posts, working for a variety of businesses from high technology and software to petrochemicals, transport, mobile telecommunications and apparel.
