| Introduction | I am an Oregon based "media professional" who has been fortunate enough to travel much of the planet taking pictures, recording interviews, and occasionally writing about my experiences.
A few years back I ended up inventing a very odd looking photography accessory - a vaguely obscene looking "flash clamp" of sorts - and at the request of friends and family I decided to make a business out of it. The business has done quite well. I call my product The Nasty Clamp, and a visit to the Nasty Clamp's site will get you pointed in the right direction. Don't worry... It's not in the least bit nasty. And this blog? I started it up so that I can present some of my marketing materials in an open forum, talk about the successes and failures involved in running a business, show off a few of my photographs, and to have an outlet of some sort whenever I feel the need to write. Please remember that good communication is a two-way process, and so I actively encourage you to write back to me - either in the comments section of a post or directly via e-mail. |
