Introduction	I really only started baking a few years ago when my Momma gave me a refurbed red Kitchen Aid Mixer for Christmas. I've always been a pretty good cook but couldn't really bake until I got that mixer. I don't know if it's because it's red (which happens to be my most favorite color) or because it's just magic but either way my friends, family, and co-workers get to enjoy the fruits of my labor. My favorite thing to make is cupcakes. I’m not exactly the most creative when it comes to putting together taste combinations but I can follow a recipe to a T as long as I don’t get distracted! I don’t bake to eat I usually only eat one maybe two of whatever it is, I bake for the challenge to see if I can make it turn out. I will use a mix if I’m in a hurry but the fun of it for me is to make it from scratch.
