Raw foodism is the practice of eating foods only in their uncooked form in order to obtain optimal nutritional benefit. Gastronomy is the discourse on all aspects of how we humans sustain ourselves. Here is my contribution to the discourse: my thoughts on the burgeoning world of raw cuisine, and my own experiences as a curious and creative raw cook.
