Grew up in Louisville. Graduated from Williams College with a BA in Art History. Had to get a job, so got an MBA at Baylor University. Spent career as a small cog in the capitalist machine. Married to a wonderful woman who has kept me on the straight and narrow, most of the time. Three perfect kids. I believe that there is nothing new under the sun and that man is not perfectable through the agency of a government or anyone else, therefore I am tempermentally a conservative. I had brief flirtations with liberal ideas as a callow youth, but came to my senses in my late 20s. My mantra is "Love God, do good"
