About Me
MaryAnne Campo is currently Director of Distance Education at Mount Saint Mary College in New York. Before coming to the Mount MaryAnne was an Instructional Designer and Director of the Teaching and Learning with Technology Center at Northern Marianas College in Saipan. MaryAnne specializes in Learning Online, Instructional Design, Social Networking, New Media, and teaching and learning with technology. She also consults with schools districts to develop technology plans for teaching and learning. MaryAnne received her Masters in Educational Technology from the Graduate School of Education & Psychology at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. Among her many achievements she recently authored and was awarded a $1 million grant from the Administration of Native Americans to implement Distance Learning in the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands. ' As a continuous blogger since 2003 she practices what she blogs. One of her successes in blogging with ESL Students was recently featured on a local TV Station in Saipan and then later aired on CNN Asia, sharing her passion of blogging with the world.
