I own a small cleaning business (By small, I mean I am currently its only employee) I also like to run--a lot! But mostly I'm a full-time husband, father of three, and church worker. I'm currently in pursuit of the ultimate challenge--growing up and becoming the man God wants me to be. In the meantime, I will continue less challenging endeavors such as ultra-running.
