| Introduction | As a mom, there is a world of pressure and guilt - mostly self-inflicted - that surrounds the idea of the Super Mom. She is a high-powered executive who breaks the glass ceiling at work, is a professional chef in the kitchen, feeds her family with the skill of a nutritionist, cares for the environment, bakes cupcakes for every class celebration, stays in shape like an Olympic athlete and is a pin-up seductress for her husband. Unfortunately, I've yet to meet a mother who actually fits that description and I am certainly shy of those goals.
