About Me
Many years ago I survived high school and received my education at Village Music in Mill Valley, CA. I've worked in retail, adult novelties, the comic book industry, was a mail room operator, a homemaker and caregiver. I've also done a bit of voice-over work, I've been a film reviewer, and somehow I worked in accounting for several years. From 1993 - 2006 I worked at KALX FM in Berkeley, where I enjoyed deejaying a weekly radio show, using the airname 'The In Crowd' (a secret identity I'd picked up in the '80s). Then I tried living in Idaho for a couple of years, where I contemplated the future, started a blog, and narrated books-on-tape for the blind. I also did an ongoing webcast show with the fledgling Radio Boise, the first community radio station in the Treasure Valley. Now my Boise experiment has ended, as has my marriage. Currently back in the bay area and hoping to stay, I'm in a period of starting over and in a state of limbo while waiting for a Boise house to sell, and a 'new' life to take root. Too much information? Or not enough? Stay tuned...
