| Introduction | Hello! I'm Rebekah - I'm a newly wed and one of the co-owners of Essence Design Studios. From the time I was about 12 years old, I knew exactly what I wanted to do with my life...be a designer (eventually a wife and mom, as well)! So that was my goal...and I never deviated. So upon graduation from North Raleigh Christian Academy, I head to Greenville, North Carolina to obtain a BS in Interior Design from East Carolina University. After college, I headed straight back to Raleigh where I began working for a small Kitchen and Bath firm. It was there that I discovered what the 'real world' was all about! In 2008, I along with my business partner, Jessica Allison, started Essence Design Studio. And what an adventure that has been! We are now expanding to Cincinnati where Jessica and her long time boyfriend are relocating...thus, we have just become a LLC and slightly updating our name to Essence Design Studios.
