Brad Karsh is President and Founder of JobBound (www.jobbound.com) and JB-Training Solutions(www.jb-trainingsolutions.com) An industry expert on the job market and workplace issues, Brad is the author of "Confessions of a Recruiting Director" (Prentice Hall Press). Brad has been featured on CNN’s Paula Zahn Now, CNN Headline News, CNBC, and FoxNews Chicago and has also been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, Fortune, The Chicago Tribune, USA Today, and dozens of other media outlets. Prior to starting JobBound and JB, Brad worked for 15 years at Leo Burnett advertising in Chicago – one of the world’s largest advertising agencies. He left in late 2002 as VP/Director of Talent Acquisition. While at Burnett, Brad evaluated more than 10,000 resumes, interviewed more than 1,000 candidates and hired and trained hundreds of new employees. Brad travels the country presenting at universities, colleges, and other student gatherings. He’s delivered job search workshops to thousands of students and professionals in more than 30 states. Brad is also a corporate trainer and delivers workshops to employees at companies across the nation.
