|Introduction||I am slowly trying to accomplish a healthy, active lifestyle, but it seems to become more difficult as time goes by. I want to lower my intake of processed foods and fatty snacks and maximize my time doing yoga and being outdoors. I love to read, write, dance, and of course I absolutely adore cooking. My two disgusting fat snack weakness are Cheezits and dark chocolate toffee from Whole foods. Goals for this blog include: learning more about myself, gaining knowledge from other, expressing my raw feelings, and learning what it truly mean to live a healthy life.|
