| Introduction | In Classical mythology, a "fury" was one of three snake-haired goddesses of vengeance, who pursued unpunished criminals. As someone who has always been concerned about human rights and social justice issues, I chose this pseudonym to write a blog that examines what I think are unpunished crimes against humanity. These crimes, however, are not necessarily easily identifiable as they are often justified and protected by ideas that have gained legitimacy in our society. This is especially true when it comes to crimes against females. Thus, even though I write about many topics, I see everything through a feminist perspective because I believe it is only with the rise of feminism that the world will become a more peaceful and just place to live for everyone. |
