Introduction	Nelly Odenwaelder is the manager of the Elite New Haven Office that is surrounded by the Arts District, Theatres, trendy Restaurants, Yale University & the hospitals of St Raphael's, Yale & the new cancer center. She has cultivated the growth & production of the office since it's inception in 1989 to the highest ranking office in the H. Pearce Company. In recent years she has seen & encouraged the emergence of Teams as an excellent mentoring process and way to increased production levels. Nelly has 33 years of real estate experience, of which 27 have been in management. She is committed to the professionalism of the New Haven agents. She was the Realtor Associate of the Year for the New Haven Association in 1988 and nominated for Realtor of the year in 1991. She has been active on several committees on the Hartford Board, Middletown Board, Shoreline Board & New Haven Association in her career. Nelly served on the Board of Directors for the New Haven Association for several years. Nelly is always on the alert for good agents to add to the New Haven & Branford Offices.
