Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
I mean its a fad that I first saw in NY in the summer of 2008. I just feel like its not my stylo I'll stick to being apart of the Polo,sperry, and polo hat club. My neck needs to breath so I can articulate what I want to say lol I'll only wear a scarf in the winter its not my swagg and EVERYbody is doing it. Its so not moe Homieee
