| Introduction | Hello bloggers! I'm Melissa Riccio Santos. I consider myself extremely lucky because I love my job at Post University, helping build The Malcolm Baldrige School of Business. I spent the last 10 years at Post University as the Director of the University Learning Center, Associate Faculty member, and Associate Dean of ADP. I have taught in our business curriculum as an adjunct instructor for the Introduction to Management and Business Policy Seminar. What qualifies me to teach these courses is an MBA with a concentration in finance and more than 10 years experience working for Fortune 500 companies, including GE Capital and Greenwich Capital Markets (now Royal Bank of Scotland). Some of my interests include hiking and wildlife, and I volunteer at Connecticut’s Beardsley Zoo in Bridgeport.
