"Get Skinny" is not "Skinny". However, after she noticed that a lot of people commented on her "size" vs. the amount of food she ate, she thought that others may benefit from knowing about the "Power of Plants". When one eats fruits, veggies, grains, nuts & seeds (and skips the oil & other crap), one is able to fill the plate up and get full from nutrient dense food. If you "really love to eat", then plant based eating, and eating close to the earth, may be your ticket.
