| Introduction | Hello everybody, I go by the name of 'Anything-Goes', not literally. I started trading or practicing in March, 07. I am 20 years old and I had no prior experience of the stock market, in fact, if by accident I ever came across CNBC I would jump up to change the channel. However, I have supporting parents who wanted me to learn so eventually I got into. I read a lot of books in the first few months and I don't really remember the author names other then Cramer, his books were totally useless. I did a lot of paper trading and picking stocks based on my own judgment and had a bit of beginner's luck that has worn out by now. Since I was also getting a diploma in International Business I didn't have much time to devote to the art of stock picking and making money so I stayed on the side lines. Eventually, in August 07, when I got four months off from college, my dad enrolled me in a local Day trading class that cost about $1400. I had high hopes for the amount of money that I paid but as you will see through my blog, it didn't turn out as planned but the teacher did introduce me to the emini's and the potential of money that can be made just by day trading. |
