Introduction I’ve been working with struggling children, teens, and parents for nearly 30 years. When I first started working with children and families it was at a long-term, intensive residential treatment program in Boston, The Brighton Center for Children and Families. This was such a deeply remarkable experience filled with wonderfully dedicated staff, as well as truly genuine children and families. More recently, I've been working with companies around New England in support of improvement initiatives.
