The “spiritual rock n’ roll comedy about best friends,” which received coverage from NPR and is due to become a PBS special, was awarded the Groucho Award for Best One Man Comedy of 2005. Coleman places a portion of all proceeds from the tour into an educational fund for his late friend’s son and so far has helped raise over $10,000 for non-profits in Virginia. Style Magazine says watching Coleman is like watching Woody Allen bounce on a trampoline on Mad TV.
