About Me

I'm a published author writing here on a range of controversial themes (including whether the Pope might be gay - see April 07 Archive) which I still can't easily get to talk about publicly or have published. I'm currently living in Queensland, Australia following over a year in Hong Kong where I have previously lived for over a decade so that it's almost a second home. Rollan's Censored Issues Blog #2 resumes the one with archived material still at Rollan's-Censored-Issues-Blog #1. The first blog ceased June '06 after which I kept a diary I intended to make into a book and that kept me off blogging for a time. The diary never became a book but excerpts made their way into my most recently published book: Cosmic Father: Spirituality as Relationship Blog Catalog

• (on this Blog at least) religious and philosophical issues. Gay issues and gay spirituality. Visions. Astrology (a subject verboten to almost all academics except Richard Tarnas)

Favorite Movies

• Usually those on historical themes. Latest favourite: Marie Antoinette

Favorite Music

• Classical and opera (especially Richard Strauss and Wagner)
• but also some disco

Favorite Books

• Too many to cite and usually non fiction but of novels most memorable reading is the Chinese Classic "The Dream of the Red Chamber"
