| Introduction | Klaus Burmeister follows a “minimalist” concept. His perspectives of the world he lives in are informed by his everyday routines. He uses his standard communication tool, an iPhone 4 with the Hipstamatic App. The photos are taken en passant. The photos have one thing in common: They are neither pre-planned nor staged, they just happen. None of the images is retroactively edited. They show the photographer’s perspective – and no more.
