Which is more important to you and why: flexibility or expandability?
Flexibility, hands down. Why? Flexibility leads to expandibility. Worst case, it should give me the ability to make a mandatory forklift upgrade a lot less painful. (And if it doesn't meet either, then it's not really flexible, now is it?)
