| Introduction | Food enthusiast and Patriot (the latter a recent realization and acknowledgement). I was born and raised in Trinidad and had the good fortune to travel and see some of the world working for the National Airline. I quit my executive job of 22 years in December 2009 and proceeded to have the best Christmas, Carnival and Easter of my life! I had no idea how much I was missing and how much there is to experience in this tiny twin paradise. I promised myself in May 2010 I would dedicate a portion of my life to finding out what more Trinidad and Tobago had to offer - a noble cause don’t you think? Eating, sharing and writing (a girl could get used to this). |
