Introduction Music Velocity is something more than just a radio show. It is a living creature with 16 years of life.All started in Thessaloniki,back in 1997 with a small fanzine and after 16 years this creature achieved many things. Columns in magazines,articles in music and cultural portals,it's own blog,it's own voice on the radio and became a small but always alternative production company!
Favorite Movies Cidade De Deus (Fernando Meirelles), Spring Summer Fall Winter....And Spring Again (Ki-Duk Kim), Talk To Her (Pedro Almodovar), Nosferatu The Wampyr (Werner Herzog), Breaking The Waves & Dogville (Lars Von Trier), The Cabinet Of Dr. Calligari (Robert Wiene), Johhny Got His Gun (Dalton Trumbo) and many more. I have a special love for the Italian and French cinema and I adore Cult thrillers of any kind (Lucio Fulci, Jess Franco and all the other damned directors rule my world). And of course last but not least all these animated films of Pixar and every movie of the God himself Tim Burton
Favorite Music Darkwave, new wave, synth pop, coldwave, deutsche welle, rockabilly, psychobilly, speed rock, garage, post punk, punk, indie, electronica, EBM, some Industrial stuff, neofolk, gothic rock, krautrock, psychedelia, acid rock, folk music, US Power (mostly 80's obscure stuff) and NWOBHM
Favorite Books The Name Of The Rose (Umberto Eco), The Trial (Frantz Kafka), The Call Of Cthulhu (H.P.Lovecraft), Les Fleures Du Mal (Charles Baudelaire), The Animal Farm (George Orwell) I adore all the books of Eua Omiroli, I read lots of poetry, some theatrical books, books of history, passion and fiction and books related to paranormal. Of course I try to read my own writings too
