| Introduction | As a pastel artist and oil painter, my work focuses on still life and figure, and I also have an active sketchbook habit – using pen and ink with watercolor to capture a record of memories and experiences in an informal way. Painting allows me to pick and choose the kind of color world I want to be in. On a dark grey day, I can choose to be with reds and yellows and magentas. How good is that?! |
