| Introduction | We process deer and wild hog, we also have a full service butcher shop for all your wild game processing needs. We kill and butcher wild pigs for cook outs, as well as have special cuts available for purchase and we have a good variety of wild pork sausage. We process domestic animals for the freezer as well. We also have a Happy Hens division run by Carole with free range fresh eggs and organic fryers and broilers put up for the freezer for sale. Our home made Fox Grape jelly is a real treat, if you have never had any, you should once before you die. It is made from wild grapes and has such a flavor it is almost habit forming. Goes very well with the wild pork. |
