| Introduction | I am an RN, married mother of three, sex ed teacher and plant-strong presenter. Your health and your family's health is not about medication it is about education. Current, evidence-based research is important for all of us to understand, navigate, and wrap our brains around. So I combine my well-honed middle school sex ed teaching skills and this current research in a hands-on, understandable, visual and humorous way. People walk away with a totally new understanding of the diseases - type 2 diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol, erectile dysfunction and cancer - and how they are preventable.
