| Introduction | I am a mother, an artist, a survivor of childhood sexual abuse and other forms of abuse. I am trying to sort out my past, acknowledge my past and acknowledge what I lived through while I live my life in the present and enjoy as much of what life has to offer me. I am working to create as many good memories as I can for myself and for my family. I make art that is sometimes about the past pain and is sometimes about the joy and beauty I find in the world and is sometimes from my imagination. |
