| Introduction | My name is Paul Featherstone, and I am honored to meet you all. Writing poetry has always been a deep passion of mine. I see this art form, as a beautiful form of expression, which allows one to express their unique opinions, hopes, dreams, aspirations, loves, and inner thoughts. It is also a lovely way to inspire other like-minded people, and to reach out to those, who have a negative perception of the world. It is my mission to show to them that there is true beauty to be found, even within the most obscure and dark places, as well as those which we are familiar with, which constantly fill us with light and energy. Sometimes it is a case of personal perspective that stops us from clearly seeing, what is right in front of our eyes. In time, I also hope to diversify my talents into other forms of written media and to continue improving my writing ability. I believe that with any form of writing, or other subject matter; that there is always room to grow within oneself. With all the bad things in this world bringing people down today, it is my sincere hope that my heartfelt, genuine, and uplifting words will show Life in a more positive light, and will bring you hope. |
