About me

Introduction For 16 years Eoin Hennigan worked as a journalist around the world. Starting off as a news reporter on a now-defunct English-language newspaper in the Middle East, he moved on to sports writing in his native Ireland, before moving to Australia to work for one of the country’s leading magazines. A brief sojourn in Scotland saw him back working in sport before returning to live permanently in Australia. For four years he was the deputy chief sub-editor at one of the country’s top-selling magazines and in 2010 he was also the chief sub-editor of the quarterly magazine, Fast Fiction. His debut novel - The Truth, It Lies - was originally published in 2006, and a new version of the book was published by Engano Books in 2010. He is currently finishing a follow up to that book, entitled In Name Only; as well as preparing The Truth, It Lies for release on Kindle.
