| Introduction | I just became an "official" empty nester! I am looking forward to spending some real "quality" time with my wonderful husband whom I love dearly! He is my rock here on earth! I plan to start being creative again, doing some gardening, and traveling in the near future! I am also a low carber, and am always looking for new ideas to keep meals interesting and tasty! I also am looking into making even healthier choices like pastured eggs and poultry and grass fed beef! Really don't want to put all the stuff that animals get fed into my body anymore if I can help it! |
