About Me

Thank you for taking an interest in my artwork and my creative process. I am primarily a portrait artist, and have a website devoted to my paintings (see the links section) Painting from life, however, is the best way to improve one's skills and critical eye and I hope to grow and develop as an artist by painting from life every day. In my portraits, I paint in a much more impressionist manner. Here, my main focus is realism, and I will not be staying in my comfort zone, I'll try different techniques and different styles. If you would like to submit a charity for consideration for an auction, please let me know. I would also like to thank Duane Keiser for being such an inspiring example for painting every day!!
