| Introduction | Living on the mainland of the Orkney Isles, off the top of Scotland, I have decided to have a blog if for no other reason than to "force" me to do more sketching and drawing. Although you'll also get occasional photo's of "life" and details of my dinghy sailing. Having read "Everyday Matters" I decided to get into drawing more rather than just the usual non-sensical doddling (I always used to get dirty looks at meetings), and this will be the latest result. Think of it as a work in progress.... The banner at top is the result of a quote that a Prof I used to know and work with had on his office door. I stole the idea added my illustration and gave the Prof one for his office. Currently without an office nor laboratory it seems suitable as a blog banner and the sentiment does work so well (for me at least). |
