About Me

My real name is Wendy my nickname is "Sunshine". I am what is known as a fiber artist. I have a Bachelors in fine art from BYU and a minor in art history I also have two associates from COS in fine art and liberal art. Even with the art degrees most things that I do are self taught. Side Note:team member Myrna is my Mother-in-law I am married to a wonderful man who puts up with all my hobbies. I have three little girls who are learning fiber arts. While taking care of them I love to design and make things in the fiber arts. I like to put a lot of my projects on my blog. I was one of the pattern editors for Mary Jane Butters book “Stitching Room” always fun to see your name in the credits of a book. I have also had a few articles publish in the e-magazine “Small town Living”. I also had a tutorial on embroidered felt ornaments published in the guardian in the Christmas special in the UK.
