Serial builder of serious kitchens, foodstores and food-service facilities ranging from cafe and bakery operations to 100,000 sq.ft. supermarkets. Husband and father of two sons - one of whom shares my interest in food. The other seems firmly in the "eat to live" category. Very challenging for me. Owner of hundreds of cook-books - a small handfull of which were published in the past ten years.
