Introduction	I have “blown the whistle” on issues in many businesses in the recent past. I have created enormous institutional changes across these organizations. Some of my targets have been indicted and many employees and corporate executive have been demoted or fired through these activities. Some companies have gone bankrupt. I have gone undercover in some of these businesses and institutions as an employee. While embedded in these highly dysfunctional organizations, I would disclose to the employees that I am a well recognized whistleblower and I would ask the employees to tell me their stories. Many employees, managers and high level executives told me about their problems in these bureaucracies. This made me better than most in getting institutional culture changes in the organization when I confronted high level management. I have been pretty good at getting around the regulators.
Interests	Creating radical transparency in our electrical utilities and Nuclear Regulatory Commission! I am going to creatively transform the electric utilities and nuclear regulatory commission for the responsibilities of the 21st century. Actually I would like to transform the planetary system on how we manage energy today. The key is global transparency and we have the ability to do this through the internet.
