I am very thankful." For those who want to know more, here's the party line.... Nancy J. Wilson, CMP is a leader, innovator, and entrepreneur in the meeting and event industry. She began her career in the industry in 1978. Ms. Wilson is a principal with Meeting Strategies Worldwide, a consulting firm specializing in green meeting and event management. She founded the firm in 1994. Internationally recognized for her work in the environmentally responsible meeting management field, Nancy served on the Live Earth Global Green Team and was named one of "The 25 Most Influential People in the Meetings Industry in 2003" by Meeting News. She is cofounder of the Green Meeting Industry Council and currently serves on the Board. Ms. Wilson recently co-authored, “Simple Steps to Green Meetings and Events, The Professional’s Guide to Saving Money and the Earth." She has been widely published in industry periodicals and speaks throughout North America and Europe.
