This quote says it perfectly for me. I’m not saying I’ve found the fountain of youth, but daily I strive to learn and discover the many ways to stay healthy in all aspects of my life… mind, body, and spirit… and that’s something worth sharing! For me, staying healthy, active, and learning about health/fitness is a hobby. I absolutely love it, and I love talking with others about it.
