About Me

Practising as a barrister in London, I decided it was time to stop fighting other people's battles and go fight for what I really care about - the environment. Taking planet earth as my client and pollution as the problem, I have set out to find what’s being done and what needs to be done. =========================== The biggest pollution problem of all is our over-use of fossil fuels. Whilst we continue to take the little that remains, so the release of greenhouse gases continues to escalate. The evidence is conclusive: it threatens the very life of all species, plant forms, oceans and waterways as well as human life. =========================== With knowledge comes the duty to act - now. Time is short, the solutions are there and they need to be swiftly implemented. The biggest technological pollution solution of all is Concentrating Solar thermal Power (CSP). =========================== But technology is not all. I now realise that what is required is a universal seismic shift of consciousness, a recognition that we owe a Duty of Care to our planet. That is why I am now calling on the United Nations for a Universal Declaration of Planetary Rights.
