About me

Location United States
Introduction Part mermaid and part pirate wench, I love the sea, tall ships, the "Golden Age of Piracy," and all things nautical and/or Celtic. In addition to English, I can communicate in advanced-level American Sign Language, advanced German, intermediate Irish, a little Spanish, French, and Mermish. I'm currently learning Cornish and Welsh. (Oh, and my first name is Welsh and pronounced "Shoo-ahn," like the Irish equivalent Siobhán. And if you see me doing some kind of crazy dance, crashing into things, stepping on your feet, otherwise invading your personal space, and/or talking gibberish, or I suddenly disappear in the middle of a conversation, it's not intentional, and there's no need to call an ambulance. It's just my First-Life avatar having something she calls "computer problems" that result in frequent "lag" and "crashes" for me.)
