Introduction I am committed to living my life as openly, honestly and healthfully as possible. I am a true believer in the power of kindness. I strive to be kind to everyone I encounter and to all living things no matter how small or insignificant they may seem. In order to be kind to others, you must first be kind to yourself, which can, at times, be my biggest challenge. To that end, I use fitness, nutrition and the power of nature. I believe that clean eating and regular exercise lead to good mental and physical health. These two things are crucial in life and without them, you may not have a life at all. Taking care of oneself is not a luxury, it is a survival necessity. When all else fails, I truly believe that a moderate dose of caramel, with or without chocolate, can solve almost anything.

Do you believe that forks are evolved from spoons?

I believe that all cutlery, including the fork, definitely evolved from the Spork.
