| Introduction | I am an independent engineer. I try to produce technology that allows people to exercise real freedom. As a global society, we have forgotten the importance of this. The misery and suffering that results from these institutions is not a requisite for our existence; we can invoke a radical change, here and now. That is, if we care to.
At present, I am converting a 24' box truck into a (almost) self-contained living space. Hopefully this project will demonstrate several design elements people can implement in their own situations to foster greater independence and self-reliance.
