| Introduction | I am originally from the beautiful state of Arkansas, but moved to North Dakota in September of 2004. I can't say that I am (or ever will be) used to the winters of the Nort', BUT this is where I met the THREE loves of my life: my Sweet Jesus, my wonderful husband Kirk, and my baby girl Selah Belle. I began in photography by falling in love with the art of Ansel Adams. We all know that he was not especially a portrait photographer, but his eye for natural beauty opened mine to see people not just as people, but as expressions, imprints of the Artist of the Universe and The Author of Life. The mission of In His Image is to, by His grace ONLY, capture in our subjects the unique expression of His Image found in each of us. My photography is entirely on-location, any location. | Interests | My husband and I love anything outdoors. We love to shoot, fish, camp, canoe, hunt, kayak, climb..anyway to get dirty. Most of all and more than anything else, we are followers, lovers, saved by the Lord Jesus. He has impacted both of our lives beyond beyond, and we live in gratitude for His salvation. It is our hearts desire, (that it would be our hearts desire :), to live our lives in complete surrender and service to Him. |
