About Me
After seven years in corporate management, I decided I needed a change. I founded my first Internet business in 1997, becoming a pioneer in on-line business and a recognized expert in online fraud prevention. My website is: www.JewelryImpressions.com. I am a Graduate Gemologist and also hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Minor in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin--Platteville. I am working with my alma mater to establish an e-commerce curriculum at the school. In my spare time I volunteer at Life Choices Pregnancy Center as a counselor to teens in crisis pregnancies. I also serve as the President of the Gemological Institute of America's Mile High Chapter as well as Secretary of the Rocky Mountain Jeweler's Association. I am a golf addict...I try to play 3 times per week! I also love to travel, ski, socialize, dance, work in my garden and lots of other fun things. I appreciate good food, good music, good wine and formal gatherings. But I also love a good football game and a cold beer. ;-)
