About Me

Every day I make a conscious effort to practice what I suggest for my clients! That includes connecting with important people in my life for meaningful conversation, using my strengths as a counselor, trainer, and writer, and indulging in my passions. Those include being in nature, running, cooking, and reading.

Interests

• I help people develop their personal and professional communication skills
• discover their strengths
• and re-energize their life. I am passionately interested in helping young girls develop into confident
• stron g women. I see so many girls struggle with friendship issues (relational aggression) that I developed a program called "Circle of F.R.I.E.N.D.S." that teaches how to have healthy friendships
• solve conflicts
• and develop a positive self-image.
