| Introduction | Lode Star Assessments are a firm of Thermal Performance Assessors (Energy Raters) based in Heidelberg in north-eastern Melbourne. We prepare home energy assessments for both new and existing houses, and house extensions. We are proud to be a member of the Association of Building Sustainability Assessors, and our Director (Jackie Bernoth) is a member of the HERS subcommittee of the Association.
